Return/Return Policy: There will be no refunds or exchanges on personalized items. HOWEVER, if there is an error on our part with your order, please notify us and we will correct the situation as soon as possible:
Delivery
All items are custom made to order and will require two weeks for delivery. During heavy shopping periods, such as Christmas, orders may take a little longer. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping currently is to US and Canada only. At this time, we do not ship overseas, except to APO addresses.
PAYMENT - All online require payment in advance. You may pay by credit card online.. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover. For New York residents, a 4% sales tax will be applied. All pricing is in US dollars. See ordering section for order processing times.
